Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.
If goods show signs of use or damage, we may make a deduction from your refund.

Return items within 14 days of notification.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging.
Exceptions:
Earrings, hair accessories, and other hygiene-sensitive goods are non-returnable.
Customised or personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges:
Subject to stock availability.

Faulty Items:
Contact us within 30 days with photos and order details.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
