Welcome to Kiara Kreations (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders & Contract

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email.

• We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. out of stock, pricing errors).

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

• We accept [list payment methods]. Payment must be made in full at checkout.

• Prices may change, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery times vary by location; delays outside our control (e.g. customs, strikes) are not our liability.

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return an item (Consumer Contracts Regulations).

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Earrings and personalised/custom items are non-returnable unless faulty.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving returned goods.

• Refunds cover the product price; original and return shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty goods).

6. Warranty

• All products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• This does not cover wear & tear, misuse, or damage caused by chemicals, water, or accident.

7. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and images on our site belong to Kiara Kreations and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to UK courts.
